Dollar-for-dollar total, we're a distant second to Luxembourg, but by PUBLIC $-spend we're below OECD average actually, & as a percentage of GDP we're #36, behind Kyrgyzstan, Belize, Bhutan, Tunis, New Zealand, and the usual Nordics.
