@polarpunklabs what if *in the hands of a shadow bank*, excuse me, CEX, all other assets BECOME securities? i'm blown away by how 99% of CT analysis stops at whether each asset is or isn't *in and of itself in every situation* a commodity and/or security... the law is pretty contextual, non?
