@OlsenTorfinn yes but they print the cash and your rights end at crossing state or national borders with over 10K. no one is really arguing US citizens should have less rights with digital cash, but plenty of people arguing we should have way way more (in spite of all politico-legal tradition)

@OlsenTorfinn i'm a huge fan of cash, but our right to live entirely in cash is more cultural than legal. banks are responsible for reporting you to the feds if you seem to love (or transact) cash a standard deviation more than the mean, as an example of how circumscribed those rights are.
