@art_pleb @davidzmorris you know how every year healthcare employs more people and less doctors/nurses/direct care providers? the rest are some murky "admin" middle management and debt collectors? colleges have been doing the same for decades, K-12 is next. prices skyrocketing forever, outcomes sinking
