@CasPiancey fun fact after the 9/11 DHS reorg i got a letter every 3 months telling me I was still the queue and don't call the nonexisting number to inquire until I turned 18 and i got one saying my app was rejected because I had applied as a minor, start over another $525.On twitter.com

@CasPiancey tried many many times to call various numbers, go in person, etc, but ended up just paying a second $525 and waiting a year (thus 5 total) for what was supposed to be a 4 month process, no wrongdoing (that I was ever informed of) on our part... 1/5 stars would not recommendPermalink On twitter.com
