@davidzmorris I agree the judge authoring this judgment is throwing down, and I agree that it's wild stuff, but calling it "interference" implies that the Board of Governance overstepped when a Fed Maxi could argue that's actually the Fed's mandate and function...Permalink On twitter.com

@davidzmorris I would say it's wild that the prairie judge would throw down against the authority of the Fed so publicly to defend the hometown heroes and throw a hail mary that they won't have to start over from square one as the Fed seems to be (rightly or wrongly) telling them to!On twitter.com
