@ntkris @chaserchapman but expertise !== flat/demos. if anything, it implies heirarchy and structure (which I personally think is a good thing!). i often think the anglophone tradition has too few touchpoints for self-organized labor; DAOs should be Betriebsräte (Workers' Councils), not just guilds.
