@amanda_booberry In LA, the city whose brutal cops I know best, we have a history of literal cop gangs (complete with memberships, rackets, protection $ and jumpins) so nothing surprises me. Ferguson probly radicalized a lot of these creeps and got them fantasizing and planning for "next time".
