@MindaSueC @crulge @ravalenc Before giving up and leaving the US, I had this crazy idea that I could buy land in California and be a landlord when I got sick of working, not realizing I needed 11 properties to be considered a "landlord" and safe from breadlines and pre-existing conditions.
