@disrememberance TBH most of the SLACs which I studied up close had both legitimate VAP positions, VAP-washed adjuncts, and everything in between-- the entire spectrum strikes me as way more humane than how big-city R1s treat their adjuncts, so i'm not actually *that* mad about it
