@aseanymous @AnandWrites i mean, france is good too, don't get me wrong, but I like bread dense, seeded, and savory, so everything sweeter than levain kind of loses me. i grew up on the bourgie parts of the left coast where dense bread is a thing and protestant self-abnegation reigns supreme.
