@JJofBC Or to hire the right consultants and educators for the professional development of high-level decision-makers. There is so much brilliant talent adjuncting at universities for 10€/hr or working at the outskirts of the software industry that would be brilliant as tutors to them.

@JJofBC I tend to look for political dark patterns when the occam's razor explanation is that pedagogy, soft skills, and humanities are just chronically undervalued in our society. people with those skillsets should just be paid more, simple as that.
