    @infominer33 absolutely-- I tend to get hung up on the details like healthcare and food, but if UBI becomes a thing, the distinction between an independent "career" through the gig-economy and a conventional, fulltime/stable corporate careers will be far less consequential!

      @infominer33 TBQH i left a stable, conventional career to do this freelance gig stuff only from a place of multi-dimensional privilege, including being very able-bodied, not needing a car, not having kids, having citizenship options, etc etc. i want those barriers lowered for others to follow
