@IdentityWoman @IdentityNorth Even in political science, it's kind of a cursèd term! Never was a huge fan. I think tech has inherited the US tendency to conceive of politics as Manichean battle of individual versus government, rather than interpersonal coalitions vs capital formations w/govt as referee :D
