@RottenInDenmark LA's patchwork of borrough/city halls is unique and confusing to outsiders. BH has a great pub lib sys, with a well-funded and well-directed events program which pays people to stop in LA on literary book tours-- which is surprisingly rare, and the only reason I ever went to BH.Permalink On twitter.com

@RottenInDenmark Sure, ocham's razor as far as their backyards and property values go, but i wouldn't assume they are 100% lying or in bad faith when they promote "affordable" (they prolly mean middle class) housing elsewhere in the metro area... it gets back to the weirdness of their "secession"Permalink On twitter.com
