      @RottenInDenmark LA's patchwork of borrough/city halls is unique and confusing to outsiders. BH has a great pub lib sys, with a well-funded and well-directed events program which pays people to stop in LA on literary book tours-- which is surprisingly rare, and the only reason I ever went to BH.

    @RottenInDenmark Sure, ocham's razor as far as their backyards and property values go, but i wouldn't assume they are 100% lying or in bad faith when they promote "affordable" (they prolly mean middle class) housing elsewhere in the metro area... it gets back to the weirdness of their "secession"
